What pet owners say
The staff were brilliant, showed a lot of compassion, care, kindness and understand of how hard it was for me to leave Poppy in their hands for surgery. However, I need not have worried as they took such good care of her and also made sure I was alright too.i highly recommend The Veterinary Clinic Dyas Road to anyone who has a pet. A huge thank you to you all.

Unfortunately, had to use this clinic on a very sad occasion. To say good bye to our 14.5 year old Labrador Lottie. Our normal vets on Dyas Rd and Aldridge Rd had emergencies. Couldn't have asked for a more understsnding team. A big thank you to Sarah who couldn't have done more to help us.

Excellent service again for our small animals with the lovely veterinary nurse. Staff are always friendly and happy to answer any questions and give us advice - great value for money. Wouldn't want to take our boys anywhere else.

Using the Days Road branch I have always had a good experience, they are competitively priced, the staff are great, when we had to say goodbye to our cat they were lovely and made sure we were ok in a hard time. I visited recently with my dog who had some stomach issues and they were very thorough but I did not feel that any of the suggested tests or treatments were there simply to make the bill bigger.
