Very good vet (took my rabbit for spaying), good staff all very friendly and attentive. Treatment prices are competitive and they're right on the high street so very accessible. Had loads of follow up calls to check-in to see if my rabbit was okay, so very good after care service. Would recommend.

An excellent practice with a team who really care and go above and beyond. We have seen 3 or 4 vets over the years and the quality has never slipped. Everyone has taken the time to explain our options and never made us feel like the care is secondary to the money. Highly recommend this practice and the whole team.

I cannot thank Orla and the vets enough for their exceptional support during what was a very emotional time for us. Although we sadly lost Wilfi, their kindness, understanding, and dedication shone through every step of the process. Orla went above and beyond, sacrificing her day to ensure Wilfi received the care he needed and that we had the opportunity to see him before he passed, which meant the world to us. The effort they made and the quality of service they provided was truly remarkable, making a difficult experience more bearable through their compassion and professionalism. We are deeply grateful to Orla and everyone on the Penge team for their unwavering commitment and the genuine care they extended to us. Wilfi would have been proud. Thank you. Ted had his first visit to The Neighbourhood Vet today and the waiting area was very welcoming, bright, clean and we were welcomed by a very friendly person at the front desk. Ted didn’t have the usual quivering knees reaction, which he’s had at every other vets from the first visit. So that was a positive start. We were seen by Emma, who was fantastic , very knowledgeable, great communication and a really caring and friendly approach. We really felt like Ted was in very capable hands. The whole thing was pretty effortless. Joining up to the plan was great as the bill at the end was less daunting! It’s also nice that it feels like a shop and there are nice things there to pick up at the same time. Really happy with our new vets, which is such a big thing when you move home. Really happy to be able to have such a great vets ten minutes walk away!

I rang today as I’m dog was in a lot of pain…. Nadia was amazing so helpful and kind. They manage to get the grass seed out of Rio ear ……. Nadia was so attentive the vet I think was Daniel was lovely to. You can get nervous when going to the vets because you worry will they say you need stuff that you don’t etc, but wasn’t the case here at all didn’t feel rushed took there time talked me through foods etc for Rio. Definitely my vets now. Nadia thank you again you was brilliant
