I will always recommend the neighbourhood vet! The staff are all so welcoming and kind, always willing to listen to concerns and provide advice. They look after my rabbit with such care and understanding. They are also very responsive via email and phone, which was very reassuring after surgery. Couldn’t ask for anything more :)

We recently had to bring our dog in after he started vomiting, likely due to a stomach bug. We saw Anna, and she was absolutely wonderful! She was calm, thorough, and very kind with our young dog—he was clearly at ease with her. She explained all the possible causes clearly and gave us different options without pressuring us. It felt like she really cared about both our dog’s health and our peace of mind. Thankfully, it seems to have just been a mild stomach bug, but we left feeling well-informed and supported. Highly recommend Anna and the clinic!

I have had really excellent care for all of my cats at the Neighbourhood Vet but a big special gold star goes to Laura Parrinello who took amazing care of my cat in the last part of his life. All the staff were great when I was dealing with a very hard time and I appreciate their care and devotion.
