Neighbourhood Vets have been absolutely exceptional in their care of our cat, Fluffy. From start to finish, the team have been professional, compassionate, and thorough. Rhea and Anna in particular have been wonderful – clear in their explanations, gentle with Fluffy, and genuinely dedicated to her wellbeing. Wonderful vets. I've been using the Neighbourhood Vet for over 10 years now and would never go anywhere else. The standard of care and professionalism is unmatched, the consulting rooms and waiting area are spotless and thoughtfully designed (eg. dedicated cat area so they're not scared by dogs) and, most importantly, every vet I've seen has been incredibly caring and knowledgeable. Would wholeheartedly recommend to anybody living in the area.

I will always recommend the neighbourhood vet! The staff are all so welcoming and kind, always willing to listen to concerns and provide advice. They look after my rabbit with such care and understanding. They are also very responsive via email and phone, which was very reassuring after surgery. Couldn’t ask for anything more :)
