My first time using any vet practice today with my new rescue dog. They were brilliant! I initially called and asked lots of questions which they answered and helpfully guided me how to register and their health plan. They asked me questions about my dog, Pippa and guided me to the right plan, not just the most expensive plan. Pippa was seen the following day after registration! All the staff I have spoken to and met and who have helped Pippa have been amazing, I’ve recommended the practice to my friends with dogs! Thank you ☺️
