Absolutely amazing vets! They treat all animals with such love! My cat means a lot to my husband and myself and we were very pleased with the love they showed him at the rough time he was having. They were very thorough with looking him over and informed us every step and helped us understand each step. They are a little more expensive than other local vets how ever it is worth every penny knowing your animal is in great hands with people who genuinely love animals! Very highly recommend these lovely people

Great experience - dog was happy to be there, vet was very helpful in answering questions and providing options for treatments. Prompt and polite service, clear with pricing and what is included. The service was of a great standard and the visit did not feel like a chor due to this 👍 I was even provided a poo bag when the dog pooed on the floor 😳

Everyone at both the South Normanton branch and the Clay Cross branch are fantastic. I honestly can't recommend them enough. We lost 2 of our dogs in quite a short space of time and they couldn't have ben more kind on both occasions. They treated us with compassion and empathy. Monica is amazing - so knowledgable and just the kindest woman. Thank you all.
