We have been with the cat clinic for a while now, and in general have found them to be helpful, lovely and affordable. However, I wanted to leave a review specifically after our vet nurse visit today. We saw Macauly for the first time today and he was just so amazing with our cats. His kindness, compassion, and love for the animals is so clear to see and I felt reassured knowing my fur babies were in the hands of someone who clearly cares so deeply. Macauly was also really knowledgable and helpful, he took plenty of time with our appointment, answered all of our questions (no matter how trivial) and gave such helpful advice. Cat Clinic, Macauly is a credit to your business, and I’m looking forward to our future vet nurse check ups!!

ADHD seems to be a bit of a stereotype people thinking it’s somthing cool to have it’s not I FORGET EVERYTHING! And lead a very busy life Hence I missed an appointment and rebooked twice! Luckily with the help of Alexa I made it to the 3rd one 😆 no matter how many times in life iv done this I still get gut wrenching nerves and overthink every situation but walking in I didn’t get questioned about it didn’t feel intimidated or asked why all the questions I dread and have had from time to time it really does make you feel awful I didn’t get any of that welcomed by a blonde lady with a smile (I’m terrible with names too) on a Monday morning at 8:30am! A lovely vet took me through and I was in and out in ten minuites with injections and flea treatment with free gifts and no charge because of the pet plan would highly recommend all the bigger names vets around even with appointments is usually a lengthy wait and he was so gentle with our yoshie and gave me all my packs and info for next time highly recommend if your like me and could really do without the judgement 🫶🏼
