Having just moved to a new area, I called Beeches Veterinary Centre with an emergency! One of my Goldies was really poorly. The reception staff member I spoke to was lovely. Very calm and efficient, and having taken a few details told us to come straight down. On arrival we waited in the car, thankfully in shade, and were soon called in to see the vet. The reception team had already sorted my dogs history from the previous vet. Both the vet and reception team were friendly, kind and professional. The location is easy to find too, and great to have onsite parking. I went from complete panic mode, to leaving feeling reassured with a plan in place. Thank you team 😁

Been coming to this practice from Trowbridge for last few months after poor experiences with a couple of different vets practices in Trowbridge. Staff have always been friendly and advice and guidance from Dr Frederica has been great. Nala's signed up to their health plan which makes it more cost effective as she's a senior GSD now so will likely be a reasonable regular visitor.

Amazing service, saw my cat urgently over the weekend, triaged him, removed his blockage and had him back home with me the same day. Excellent communication, cannot thank Jenny enough as she kept the costs down as I do not have insurance and this could have been a very expensive bill. She called me during his procedure to give me options and what was best for my cat. Overall very happy with the service received by all the team members from reception, nurses and vets thank you so much!

All the staff are very caring. My dog is a very grumpy when having his nails cut and injection. All the staff handle him well and put up with his funny ways. nice thing of all he alway see the same staff who understand his grumpy ways. Angus resting after his visit to the vets.
