What pet owners say
Caring and efficient receptionists. Very thorough vets who treat your pets with kindness, respect and dignity and explain procedures well. Costs are fair and nowhere near as expensive as some other local vets. I would highly recommend this practice.

Absolutely incredible been with them for 7 years no issues- yesterday my dog wasn’t right took him in as emergency they got him in straight away as they opened loveliest of staff he was given medication that he had to have a quarter of a tablet a time and the lovely nurse even cut them into quarters for us. They go above and beyond. Reception staff are always so lovely and caring. And the vet who was the clinical director was also amazing at seeing him fast and helping him. 100% recommend

Called this vets as our previous vet couldn't accommodate us. Got in same day treated our dog who is making a good recovery. Needless to say our previous vet has lost a client. Thank you so much Terrington vets George is on the mend

I am registered with 2 vets because I thought I could save money. My Cat was poorly so I rang Medi-vet and they had no appointments, even though it was an emergency. I rang Terrington and they said bring her in and we got seem in just over half an hour from my call. They were brilliant. I won't be taking my pets anywhere else from now on.

I was not a registered client, live 25 minutes away but they were the only vet still open on a Saturday and my elderly rat's health had declined dramatically. I called late afternoon and explained and they said they would wait for us to get there to help Barney cross the rainbow Bridge. They were all so lovely and I cannot thank them enough for their assistance and patience.
