Matthew was very knowledgeable and understanding, spoke of our dog's MSK issues like a physio would, had done his homework prior to the appointment, reviewed the notes from years previous, addressed all our varied questions about different issues with clarity and professionalism. When I contacted the staff at taverham vets they were very understanding to my pets needs and offered me an appointment the same day. When we saw the vet they thoroughly check our dog and gave us medication he needed. I feel very secure with knowing taverham vets practice will do every thing they can for our dog as they have done so for our cats over the years. I wouldn't want to go to any other practice. P Evans

Thank you for helping me with my major last night. Major had got into a tussle with our other dog and managed to injure his eye. Taveham vets got us in straight away. Gave him 10/10 care. You may have saved his eye.
