I am so incredibly grateful to all the staff at Sundean Cinderford Veterinary Practice. From the moment you walk through the door, the receptionists are soooooo welcoming and understanding. The vets provide exceptional, ‘personal centred care’, taking the time to explain everything with so much empathy and compassion. My own anxiety leaving Trigger in their care is always reduced. He has been part of the practice for 12 years in which they know and understand him and his human parents. They truly treat your pets like their own. From managing Trigger’s anxiety and operations to simple health checks and weight management, they were always patient and professional. When it came time to say goodbye, the compassion and gentleness they extended to Trigger and to me, his human mammy, made a heartbreaking time so much easier to bear. Took my bulldog to Sundean again today for his annual booster and check up. My vet Freya was superb and very good with my kinetic bundle of exuberant joy (he weighs 50kg), we had fun trying to get Zac on the weighing scales as he didn’t like the rubber platform, but with the help of Freya and the wonderful receptionist we soon had him weighed. I can’t rate Sundean vets enough, always professional but more importantly caring and kind ! Thank you guys :) Love me and Big Zac 🐶🫶

My most recent visit was to have my pets dew claws and nails clipped, but I've used the vets for a number of years now and they have been fantastic! Very patient and sympathetic towards my animals needs. Brilliant staff and both myself and my dogs look forward to visiting. Top marks 👌

A couple of weeks ago I had to make that horrible decision us pet owners dread. All I can say is from the moment I made the phone call right up until my poor Gracie passed, the staff were absolutely amazing. They were compassionate, and showed so much respect towards my Gracie. I cannot fault them at all and want to say a huge thank you all, for being such kind and caring people. I will never forget it. X
