What pet owners say
A lovely warm welcome from reception staff who are very informative. Excellent service from clinicians where everything was explained thoroughly I would definitely recommend this veterinary practice to friends and family. One happy dog and one happy owner.

Friendly, kind, helpful staff. Took time with our dog. Explained clearly what issue was, explained some of the costs but aware items are expensive so advised about other products similar etc clean reception. Not many others in at the same time which made it feel calm. You can explain if your animal is reactive to others and they will advise a suitable appointment.

I always receive great service at Sundean. The recent visit that we had with our cat to the Hartpury practice was also really great.

What a brilliant caring professional practice with a heart. I had to leave my cat in reception to go to collect children from Hartpury school. The receptionist said, bring her (in carry box) to behind reception so I can talk to her when you are gone. When I got back with 5 year old twins in tow. My cat was treated calmly and respectfully. The twins had some questions and were helped to 'listen' to their heart beat with a stethoscope. They also had a soft toy with them that the vet taught them how to bandage and allowed them to practice. Julie on reception was very patient making sure my pet plan direct debit was correct. All round a wonderful personal family practice and one happy cat.
