What pet owners say
A couple of charming ladies greeted me on my first visit to Straid. The vet sympathetically and gently checked my elderly cat. Without any pressure to spend more on him, explained what to do going forward. With all the poor publicity about lack of information concerning vets’ fees I was a little nervous, but I can honestly say that Straid were open and reassuring. I won’t go anywhere else.

Excellent, knowledgeable and friendly and when needed compassionate. Been a client with multiple large and giant breeds of dogs (and the numerous health issues that they have) for over 30yrs. And at times have gone over and beyond what was expected - which we appreciated. It’s like visiting good friends when we turn up. Brilliant, and thank you. Please say independent.

We visited the vet with our very old cat Tabitha. Henry was very informative and explained her problems really well. The receptionists are so lovely too - and Tabitha is back to normal this morning and so much better. Thank you ☺️

Our dog was seen quickly and was treated with such kindness; he is a nervous dog but loved Jade straight away. Communication has been great and we felt the options for treatment were explained well.

I cannot recommend Straid Vets in Beaconsfield highly enough. The whole procedure from phoning for an appointment, arriving at Reception and treatment by the Vet is both professional and warm. Fears are swiftly allayed in what can be an anxious visit. I prize both their skills as vets and their client interaction in Reception.
