What pet owners say
I would like to thank everyone at stocks for 15 years of compassion and care. Dougal loved going to the vets and that’s all down to the amazing staff. Forever grateful.

One of my beautiful cats was well looked after at Stocks even though we lost her to a heart condition ultimately. Sadly missed along with her brother, who also sadly died suddenly. Stocks were very good and quickly liaised with my pet insurance company on my behalf although, of course, I would have wished to still have my furbabies at home. We have still got one puss left who is very well. I miss all the ones that have gone over the 🌈 bridge and hope to see them all again when the time comes for me.🌿🙏🪽

Caring and knowledgeable staff team from reception to the vets themselves. This is not my usual practice (I don’t live here) and I have needed urgent appointments for my very old dog and then my very young dog. Both times the vet was able to put my dogs at ease and carry out a comprehensive assessment, explained the findings, and gave treatment options with a clinical rationale.

After a recent consultation with the vet, I decided that at this point in her life, expensive investigations and treatments were pointless and not in the best interests of my cat. She is elderly and has always been distressed by travelling to the vet. I felt my decision was respected, and was given helpful advice and pain relief for her. I have always found this vet practice to be kind, helpful and down to earth.
