The surgery was extremely busy when I arrived, with someone coming in with an emergency. Although this delayed my appointment - which was fine by me - this was dealt with in a professional and kind way, and the gentleman concerned - whose dog belonged to a friend - was very satisfied with the outcome. I, too, am well satisfied with the treatment my cat receives, and all the vets are kind and gentle, and spot on with their assessment of her.

Very 'traditional' vet practice. Quite old fashioned decor but really really lovely staff. Been going there for years. They have a larger branch in Upton where they can do more treatments. We like the fact it's small as they get to know you and your pets.
