We visited the emergency out of hours service last night with our miniature dachshund Dobby. The ladies behind reception were lovely, and made us all feel calm and welcomed on arrival. We were seen in around an hour, and the vet was friendly and helpful. This place isn’t local to us but wouldn’t hesitate to use it again if we needed out of hours care- great team!

My little cat was referred here from her regular vets (Carmel), as she needed some teeth out and they are short staffed and had various other issues. Treatment was delivered in two parts, with the first being more diagnostic (x-rays / scale and polish) a few weeks ago and the second for the removal of the teeth completed yesterday (10th June). Yesterday, in particular, all the staff were amazing and exceeded all of my expectations. The nurse that checked her in and the vet carrying out the procedure (sorry I don’t know their names) were so caring and provided me with lots of information and reassurance. They saw her earlier than I had anticipated which was very welcome. They kept me informed at every stage of the procedure. Brilliant service. Thank you.

Our girl has always had a good experience at St George's, the staff are all friendly and caring, she recently had teeth removed and was looked after really well. We are very satisfied with her care.
