I’ve been a customer for years and always found the staff friendly, capable and interested. Yesterday having taken one cat in for her vaccination in the morning I had a random opportunity to catch the tricky one. Having popped her protesting loudly into the carrier St George’s were able to fit her in straight away. To me that demonstrates an understanding of their customers and the challenges of tricky cats 😁
