All staff from when you walk in to when you leave are always kind, caring, compassionate and understanding. My boy is a COVID pup so is not great around other dogs, the receptionists know this and will support us by either letting us in and out the back door or by sitting us in a corner and helping me distract him as other dogs come and go. The receptionists are always warm and welcoming and make you feel comfortable to sit and have a chat with them while you wait for your appointment. I have seen the same female vet a few times now and she is always very thorough and explains everything in detail and will go over something again if you don’t understand or need extra reassurance, I can be an anxious dog mom and she never makes me feel rushed or like I’m being paranoid. This vet also saw my other dog before Christmas when I needed to make a hard decision, she explained all my options and the risks and benefits, unfortunately there weren’t many benefits due to his age I decided I didn’t want to see him in pain any more or start to suffer. The kindness she and the vet nurse showed us that day will stay with me forever they made a very sad and hard decision easier by showing me and my boy kindness, dignity and respect while he went to sleep. We were able to stay in the side room with my boy as long as we wanted after he had gone to sleep and again we weren’t rushed at any time and the nurse kept coming in and seeing if I was ok or needed anything. The vet nurse was so caring, I have seen her since with my other boy and she remembered me she was amazing during this appointment too, very thorough and explained things again I didn’t feel rushed. The surgery sent us a sympathy card after we lost my other dog which meant so much, it showed he wasn’t just another patient that wasn’t thought of again, it showed how much St George’s staff care. I found St George’s when one of my boys needed out of hours care and was so impressed that the next morning I called them to ask them to take on both my boys as regular patients and I’ve never looked back since.

Over the years I've owned many pets and been to many vets and I've got to say that St Georges is definitely the best vets I've been too. Very friendly and welcoming. You can tell that the staff care about your pet and not just about the money your spending. Always kept up to date with promotions and services and my dogs Coco and Chanel love going there as they get lots of fuss and attention which makes a huge difference. Never had a bad experience and would highly recommend 👌

Excellent service from the team at Bushbury, who we have been visiting for over 10 years. Our thanks especially for their care and consideration during our visit on Friday last week with our much loved cat Lily, and then again on Monday when we returned but sadly had to decide that it was time to let our little lady be put to sleep. We saw Diana on Friday who took so much time explaining our options. She then followed it up with a call on Saturday to check on Lily which was such a help, and meant that our appointment was rescheduled urgently after hearing that she was not responding to treatment. On our return we were looked after by Rachel who was just fantastic, helping us to think through all of our options, and explaining everything with such compassion and care, helped by Emily who was also very considerate in helping to look after our little Lily. At no time did we feel pressured or rushed, just supported and valued. A mention also for Tracy on reception who, as always, was welcoming on arrival and equally caring and considerate when we left. Thank you for guiding and supporting us through such a difficult few days, your kindness made such a tremendous difference.

Had a visit to bushbury vets this week with my dog who can be a bit nervous when going to have her checkup but the vet we seen was so lovely and caring towards my dog and she was so patient with her, she give me some good advice and she was very friendly thank you St George’s vets you’re the best.
