What pet owners say
We have cameras in the garden and noticed a 3 legged hedgehog coming in. Seemed to be getting around ok but had a closed eye. Brought her here for a check-up (Sept 25). They rang the following day to confirm her eye is ok, and the leg is perfectly fine too. Great news so it's back to the garden for this young lady. A nice healthy 900 grams, and has time to put on more weight for hibernation later. Many thanks for your prompt attention and return of the hedgehog.

The best vets around! The staff are incredibly kind and caring with pets. I’ve used both the Chelmsford surgery and the Witham Veterinary Hospital, and the level of care is consistently excellent. My dog is 12 this year, and we’ve been with them since she was a puppy. Until recently, she’d only needed minor treatments, but after being run over by a car, we had to turn to the hospital for more serious care. The surgeons are excellent at what they do, and the whole team provided outstanding support during a very stressful time. They always take the time to explain treatments and medications clearly and are great at easing any concerns you may have. Highly recommended!

Saved our cats life, beyond thankful and appreciative of how much these vets cared truly about our cat who was suspected to of been hit by a car. He had his eye removed, plus other issues and they went above and beyond, when other places said to put him down. They worked alongside us through other financial options so we got to bring our baby back home. Thank you so so much again Spring Lodge. (Excuse the state of the room, it's our spare room that is just used for our Cat)

Put my hen back together after my dog got her when she escaped from her run. Neil's initial assessment, Danni's brilliant surgery and Tia's on going interest and great support meant my hen was saved and is now back in with her flock like before. Thank you all. Few vets are interested in treating chickens, but thankfully have found a local vet who is.

Springlodge saved my daughter’s rabbit after having GI Stasis recently. All staff involved, from receptionists, nurses and vets were kind, caring and gave us excellent support on top of everything they done to help save our rabbit.
