What pet owners say
No complaints from me. The staff were extremely attentive and my dogs needs were met and addressed by nurses and specialists who clearly enjoy their work. There was no pressure to undertake potentially unnecessary (and expensive) scans and I was updated daily on my dog's progress.

Every one made you feel welcome and are so loving and caring to our little Willow. I have never seen her be so happy going to a vets she could not wait to get in there and get spoilt like she did. Thank you to Vet Henry Deakin and the entire team for everything you did for our 17 month old Alaskan Malamute Merlin who sadly died of IMHA on 29 April. Despite the heartbreaking outcome we think of you all with great fondness & respect for everything you did to try & save him and for the outstanding end of life care delivered. I can’t thank you enough for giving us more time with our beautiful Mufin! Unfortunately we recently lost him to acute Leukaemia. I owe so much to Andrea , Charlotte and the oncology team for giving us a precious 3 months with our boy. Thank you Andrea for being in mufin’s corner and for the care and compassion you showed him.
