I cannot rate this place enough, my dog is my world and I was so worried when he wasn't well. I was told at my normal vets that he had an ulcer in his eye and could end up having his eye removed but the vets and nurses here took amazing care of him, explained everything in detail and made sure I understood what was happening and the options I had each time we visited. We visited on 6 occasions over 6 weeks every visit was packed with tests and checks giving me peace of mind that they were doing all they could to help. They were thorough and incredibly caring and thankfully down to their hardwork Winston is now well without the need of surgery. When I had concerns they called me in for an emergency checkup without hesitation and when I had questions from home and emailed the practice they answered with so much detail that put my mind at ease. Thank you so much to Amna, Andrea and Amanda (optimologist) for being the best! Winston loved seeing you all! Also! The ladies in reception were warm and welcoming each visit and the practice is always clean, tidy and comfortable.

Henry and the team at SCVS have been brilliant in helping our cat Tammy during a very emotional time as we thought we were going to lose her. The receptionists were lovely from confirming our appointment to when we checked in for the first time - even direct me as I took a wrong turn to their car park. Henry was thorough in our initial consult as to what was going to happen. We were kept informed each day what had been done and how Tammy was. Everything was explained clearly and we had chance to ask any questions. When it was time we could collect her to bring home, we had time with Henry to go through the instructions for her home care and a potential plan for further issues. We thank them all for all the care and treatment provided.

I want to extend my deepest gratitude to this truly outstanding team. During an incredibly stressful three days, their empathy, patience, and expertise brought me so much peace of mind. They kept me informed with twice-daily updates and took the time to thoroughly explain every part of my baby Crumpet’s diagnosis and treatment. Thanks to their exceptional care, she is breathing normally again and is finally back to her usual self. It is clear that this team genuinely cares about their patients and excels at what they do. I cannot recommend them highly enough. Thank you all from the bottom of my heart. Everyone was so kind. The lovely Anantha looked after my boy. I was amazed how well he was after his GA and CT and biopsy. Sadly the results are heartbreaking and mean a referral to Bristol vet specialists.

All staff were incredible, they treated my nervous boy like he was their own, respect and kindness the entire time, the vet explained in detail what would be happening then after assessment explained the problem and solution with extreme detail and diagrams to show me clearly. Can't thank them enough. Franklin is now on the road to recovery and doing great. Thank you all
