Lovely happy reception stall and the vet was patient with my many questions amd explained fully, simply and unrushed my one dogs treatment and it was booster time for my second which she made so stress free. Giving both dogs lots of fuss, they were happy so was i. So professional.

The nurses on duty (Blackwood staff covering Newport) were so kind. I would have given 5 stars however, while I had booked a 6 month health check, I had indicated at the time of booking that I needed to see a vet to discuss next steps on my cats gum disease. Probably miscommunication but there was no vet available to see Lola and needed to make a separate appointment which I did do. Just a big shout out to the Nurse who saw Lola. She was so attentive and extremely caring.
