I had to have my little boy put to sleep on new years eve, was the worst day of my life, the vet wasn't so compassionate or caring, she was quite stern and made me feel like I hadn't taken my baby there in time, when i took him as soon as i noticed he was ill, however, the receptionist staff were full of compassion, and were very caring, they made me feel at ease and made my boy as comfortable as they could, so thank u to the reception ladies, who made a big difference, however, i won't be taking any other pet there

Staff were warm, welcoming and efficient. The vet we saw was conscious of cost and gave options to keep costs as low as possible.
