What pet owners say
I recently took my female dog, Molly, to this local veterinary clinic for her injections. The experience was outstanding due to several factors: 1. Clear Communication: The vet was very clear, kind, and understanding in explaining the procedures and treatments. Given my recent stroke, I found it particularly easy to understand and process the information. 2. Compassionate Approach: The vet took extra care to ensure I comprehended everything, adapting their explanation style to suit my needs. 3. Follow-Up Appointment: After the procedure, I was given a card scheduling a follow-up appointment, which added to the overall care and attention. 4. Friendly Front Desk Staff: The staff at the front desk were friendly, informative, and demonstrated excellent social skills throughout my visit. The combination of professional expertise, patience, and personalised care made this experience truly exceptional. I appreciate the clinic's commitment to providing high-quality service tailored to individual needs. We look forward to returning for future

We took our new kitten for a health check/1st vaccination yesterday and we were delighted with all aspects of our visit. We were welcomed by a very friendly member of staff on reception and were promptly seen by the vet who was really kind and gentle with our kitten. It was obvious that she loves animals. She made a lovely fuss of him and gave him a tasty treat to eat whilst she gave him his jab. Thank you.
