A positive experience at the Abertillery Branch. Extremely welcoming, friendly and caring reception staff and Veterinary Nurses. A relaxed but also professional vibe. Elena, the Vet who examined my cat facilitated an unscheduled appointment to ensure my cat had a thorough examination and vaccination boosters at very short notice, for which I sincerely thank you. I would say that all the staff at this practice genuinely care about the welfare of the pets they treat, and about the comfort of the clients. I wholeheartedly recommend them.

From booking the appointment to attending, the service was friendly and professional. At the appointment the receptionist and other staff were friendly, asking about my puppy, asking if they could smooth him etc. which every owner wants. The vet was friendly and professional plus gave treats, id forgotten to take ours, so made the pup happy. I would highly recommend 👌

The staff are always so friendly and absolutely wonderful with my cats. I can't fault the ease with which I get appointments and how flexible they are with these. It may be a small vets in a small town but I would highly recommend them
