We have a little cat that suffers with IBD and we usually like to see Iona at Freiston. Everyone there now knows Peggy well though, and we always feel that she is loved and looked after when we have to take her in. We always feel like a sensible and practical approach is taken over her test results, and rather than just trying to sell us invasive procedures and expensive medications, the team are always happy to listen to what we feel might best for our cat, as well as always giving their best advice. A good balance of professional advice and genuine care in my experience.

Having recently moved into the area from a different county, I am so impressed with the service from South Lincs Veterinary Group. All the staff from reception to the clinical team are friendly, listen with attention to what the issues are with our dogs and come up with a planned way forward. Having recently used the out of hours service I was again so impressed with the care and attention to both my dog and to what I was concerned about. When the Freiston reception followed up with a phone call the next day to see how our dog was getting on, was so considerate and caring, which seems the philosophy of this Veterinary Group. Thank you to you all for being there. Teresa Hawkins

The lady vet that we saw was very reassuring, she was very good with Ella our cat, she was talking to her & keeping her calm. She was helpful about explaining what furball products we could try to help her with those. She had no other problems, she trimmed her claws for us gave her jab & that was Ella done. We were very happy as this was a calm & good visit with the vet. Poor girl she was exhausted when we got home & just slept.

Our Pug “Winnie” gets anxious but the Veterinary Nurses do manage to calm her down before treatment. rather than rushing her. Worse thing is having her paws clipped 🐾 I think after 4.5 years she’s getting used to it. The staff really are excellent.
