We've used Shore vets now for nearly 6 years for our 2 cats Ludo and Dexter. The staff from reception right through to the veterinary team have always been first class. Extremely helpful and friendly and showing genuine care towards our pets. The email/text reminders for the 6monthly check ups/treatments is so handy as we can all get too busy and forgetful.

What an amazing visit, I took my puppy Skye, for our 1st visit to Shore Vet and Skye was treated like royalty from the minute we walked in the door. The lady on reception, the nurses all made a big fuss over her. We then seen Kate the vet, who checked her over thoroughly, gave loads of advice, made me feel, that as a 1st time owner that I was doing the right things. Very professional but at the same time gave Skye a lot of fuss, gave me advice & reassurance. The whole visit was a delight they made Skye and myself feel valued and not just a business transaction. I’m sorry I don’t remember the vet’s name, but she took great care of Honey, who calmed down as soon as she stroked her and didn’t seem to feel the injection. The only thing she refused was the Lick-e-Lix 🤣🤣 and that’s NOT like her. I must thank the vet for taking time to explain everything and what happens next and the fact that I get a discount for Honey’s op and the chip is included. So Honey and I thank her and looking forward to seeing her next time. Elspeth

It was great at the appointment (6 month pet check up). Coco, Tiger and myself were really stressed by the time we arrived at the practice but the receptionist was very nice and Tracey who carried out the appointment was great! Coco and Tiger really calmed down, even when Tracey gave them their worming pills they were quite calm! The receptionist called me a taxi and I waited in the consultation room until the taxi arrived in case there were any dogs in the waiting area. I even got help to get Coco and Tiger into the car. Just excellent service!
