A friendly welcome and staff who know your pets and care about them. Kate my vet was amazing with my 17 year old cat and kept him for the day to diagnose him. When I picked him up he was hydrated again, no pain and back to his usual self even though he has a serious underlying condition. The team will also pick you my large insurance claim and sort this out for me. Kate has been amazing in also talking through the options and reassuring me in my decisions. Highly recommended from me!

Absolutely brilliant service from everyone at Shipley and Idle Veterinary Centre. They saw my dog Finn as an emergency after he cut his leg and got him stitched up really quickly. The whole team were lovely, calm and professional, which made a stressful situation so much easier. They were so caring with Finn and made sure he was well looked after the whole time. Really grateful for how quickly they saw him and the excellent treatment he received. Thank you so much for taking such good care of him. I’d highly recommend them to anyone local.
