I have been with Hedge End Vets for 20 years now and would not consider going anywhere else. The staff are very friendly and helpful, and their vet Simon has mostly looked after each of my three cats during that time. My present boy is 17 years old and very at ease with Simon, relaxed and purring during his appointments. Simon is kind and gentle with him, experienced and knowledgeable, and I really appreciate that he does not prescribe medication for the sake of it, only when it is definitely needed, discussing any treatment with me. I therefore rate Hedge End Vets OUTSTANDING, and as always, my thanks to Simon and his lovely team.

We have been with Hedge End vets/shield for over 20 years. They have been caring, friendly and reliable. My cats and dog are my family ..Simon, Lee and the nurses we've seen have always been professional and trustworthy. Lovely receptionists are friendly and helpful. Our first visit and I could not be happier they were super helpful in ensuring my boy was seen quickly and the staff were so lovely they seemed to know everyone by name that were coming in and I didn’t feel rushed and the vet listened and was very patient. While I hope we don’t have to go back anytime soon I can’t think of a more lovely place to go if we have to and would happily recommend.
