Really lovely staff. Called Shield whilst house-sitting for a client. An emergency happened and I called them immediately. They were understanding and very thorough when I took one of the boys to see the vet post seizure. Thankfully he now seems well and back to his normal grumpy looking self(he is a happy boy really!) Very friendly, caring staff, knowledgeable, and professional. They saw my dog on the days he was very poorly, which I am grateful for. Obviously, costs a lot for being seen and any treatment, but that's vets for you.
