Really friendly staff and good wait times, the vet made my boy Bread feel really comfortable and a stress free experience for him. Priced are reasonable and even more so with the pet health club. Would recommend to anyone in the Gateshead area there is good access to buses with the area it's in too

Exceptionally clean without smelling of disinfectant which was nice. Lovely reception staff. Mr Bojangles does not "do" people but he was putty in our vets hands very impressive. Great advice upfront about prices. Overall stress free appointment. Would recommend.

Today I accompanied my daughter and son in law to have there very much loved dog put to sleep. The staff here were incredible. As soon as my daughter walked in the put up a sign to explain to others what was going on. They were very intuitive with tissues and offers of water. Their care and compassion allowed this very distressing time to be calm and peaceful. Thank you so much.

From entering the surgery the reception staff were very caring. While I was waiting they took several phone calls and were very polite and caring. The vet/nurse I saw was very patient, listened and answered any questions I asked.

When our initial vets and pdsa refused to help us during a family emergency, Sheriffs Highway Vets went above and beyond to help us in our time of need. Thanks to their team we were able to get our boy the help he needed, when he needed it most, and we could not be more grateful. I would absolutely recommend Sheriffs Highway Vets to anyone, the team are friendly, Helpful, and have a genuine love for what they do, which clearly shines through.
