I cannot fault this vets in any way, they are all brilliant! Reception are always so friendly and the nurses are great with my cat. In particular Serena who saw my cat today for a post-op appointment and put my mind at rest and answered all of my questions thoroughly! As much as my cat hates the vets, I love this practice and would recommend to anybody :)

Yesterday the decision was made to put our dog Alfie to sleep because he had fluid on his lungs. My mum arrived with him in an emergency, they took him straight off her and put in on oxygen and scanned him. Myself, husband, brother, sister and brother in law all made our way down just incase. My mum and dad came out to us to confirm he'll be put to sleep. The staff at scarsdale were so accommodating. Nothing was too much trouble. There was 7 of us and the nurse simply said "we will make room for you" it was not an issue. They made a horrible time that little bit easier. They allowed my mum to hold Alfie as he was put to sleep which gave us all that comfort he was comfy and at peace. Couldn't recommend scarsdale enough!! Thank you, for being so kind x

They really look after my dog and care. He loves going now as a rescue he was so anxious going until he went to visit every Saturday for months. Now he is so happy to be there and gives lots of kisses and saying hello to reception on arrival and runs into the vet when called. I have no worries going now thanks to all the staff.
