We wanted to thank the Scarsdale Team and especially Karen Davies who over the last five years has cared and attended to our little soldier Rambo. Karen is a compassionate and professional vet and always has the animals best interest at heart. you never feel any pressure from her and she has always understood our needs for the care of our dog. in June 2024, we sadly lost Rambo and we were very grateful to receive a call from Karen. She really understood the grief we were going through and it was not a dog. It was our little boy. This review relates to all the Scarsdale staff as we have always had great service from them but the one that stands out at the most for us is Karen and that’s who we always prefer to see. Sometimes in life it's not what you say it’s what you do, Karen made our dog and us feel special and unique. We are both eternally grateful for the care that we have received.🐾🐾❤️❤️❤️🐾🐾

Antonio at Scarsdale Vets in Allestree is one of the best vets I've encountered. He takes his time, never rushes, and performed the most thorough examination my dog we’re ever received. Exceptional service!

Cannot fault the staff in this Vets. Having taken one of my dogs yesterday who is frightened of anything that moves he got scared upon seeing another dog coming out of the groomers and he saw it before me. Unfortunately he was scared and badly cut my leg. The staff were amazing and looked after me and my dog. They dressed my leg helped me with my car. They couldn’t have done anymore. The vet the nurse and the receptionist that were on this shift are a credit to Scarsdale vets thank you very much for myself and chip. X

Scarsdale vets at park farm Allestree are fantastic, from the moment you walk in the door, the receptionist greet you with a beaming smile, are very polite, friendly and knowledgeable, then the door to the vets room opens and yet again you get a lovely friendly greeting to myself and my pet, you get asked if your ok, then on to your pet, every thing is done to make us feel happy, and that we are getting the best treatment on offer, that’s why I have been at Scarsdale for over 40 years and would never go anywhere else. When you have found the best, nothing else will do.
