Sanders vets are very friendly and caring.whenever ive had a problem and just turned up they have got my dog in straight away. All the staff are friendly and caring as well as being extremely helpful. There have been times where my dog has needed to be seen same day and they always make sure he's seen once the nature of his ailment is known. I feel different options for treatment and care is explained well and importantly I don't feel I'm being pushed into unnecessary procedures. My dog never gets upset going to visit, he loves the attention the ladies give him and I personally am always impressed by their head receptionist, a lovely lady who is warm and has a caring and calm manner.

From the receptionist all the way through to the vet they are extremely kind and caring. I've been taking my pets to these vets for over 20 years and I wouldn't go anywhere else.

I wouldn’t take my dogs to any other vets. As soon as you walk through the door you know your dogs will be well cared for. The vets take the time to explain everything in detail, the nurses understand me and my dogs,impossible for me to name everyone as they all are excellent but a special mention goes to Trudy and Ben on reception who always greet me with a smile and always make a fuss of the dogs, and they remember the dogs names that means a lot.
