What pet owners say
I find this company to be helpful and professional. A thrapston they have a car park for around 10 cars, just off of midland road. A waiting room in reception with around 8 chairs.. They accept both cash and card, but cannot give change. Hand wash available on entry. Not only do they seem to know what they're talking about but they have empathy as well It's nice to see a surgery that's not run by school leavers too. If you cannot get through on the phone do keep trying... they're very busy but very popular too. Recommended.

My dog can be reactive due to anxiety at the vets. I dread taking him after last years issues. However I need not of worried, the ver this year was calm, kind and explained everything to us. My dog still wore a muzzle for safety as he did give a warning growl but the whole experience was so much better for our dog and us.

Excellent as always, from the moment you enter to the moment you leave you are fully aware that you and your pet are their number one priority. From the receptionist to the nurse, to the vet....every single one of them are kind, friendly and welcoming. In fact the place is so lovely it's almost impossible to get my dog to come home, especially as they have dog treats on the reception window 🐶👍❤️

Every time I have needed to take my dogs to the vet, they offer a lovely service. The welcome from reception is always so friendly, and the vets themselves are so nice! The only thing I would say they need to improve is the transparency with prices - sometimes I have no idea what the cost of treatment will be until I come to pay at the end. This can be a bit of a surprise! Overall a lovely vet surgery.
