What pet owners say
Highly recommend Dr. Krithika Arun and this wonderful clinic! Dr. Krithika was incredibly thorough and attentive during the check-up for my 19-year-old cat, Wu Jai. I am so grateful for her extra help and patience with feeding him his medication. The clinic nurses were also amazing—extremely friendly, warm, and provided very clear explanations. Thank you all for the exceptional care and kindness to our senior boy. We feel so lucky to have found you

This vets has a fantastic team that puts the welfare of the animal as its priority. We must mention Tarryn Blanden on the reception desk who was exceptional, and really knows her stuff. Tarryn was kind and compassionate and talked us through options for our dog Archie. Great vets and would recommend.

This was our first visit to Pets 1st having been recommended by a friend, and a were so pleased to have taken her advice. The reception team were very friendly and Andy, the vet, was so compassionate and understanding, giving us sound advice and options for possible treatment, in what has been a harrowing time for us and our cat. She was able to have onsite treatment which we hadn't been able to have at our old vet, which has given our cat another chance at life. Thank you so much Andy and his team.

My mini Daschund Archie has always been extremely anxious and reactive and today Charlotte (vet nurse) was so helpful at his health check. She recommended so many things we could try and for the first time ever Archie didn’t shake with stress during his visit and even accepted a treat! She is a total dog whisperer and an absolute gem. I’ll be asking for Charlotte each time thanks so much ❤️

I can’t recommend Pets 1st Vets highly enough! The reception staff are extremely nice, friendly and always so welcoming. My puppy had two procedures done there, and the care we received was truly exceptional from start to finish. The team was professional, compassionate and made us feel completely at ease throughout. The support and advice given for aftercare has been amazing and made such a difference during recovery. It’s clear they genuinely care about their patients and their owners. Highly recommend Pets 1st Vets for anyone looking for outstanding veterinary care
