This vets has a fantastic team that puts the welfare of the animal as its priority. We must mention Tarryn Blanden on the reception desk who was exceptional, and really knows her stuff. Tarryn was kind and compassionate and talked us through options for our dog Archie. Great vets and would recommend.

My mini Daschund Archie has always been extremely anxious and reactive and today Charlotte (vet nurse) was so helpful at his health check. She recommended so many things we could try and for the first time ever Archie didn’t shake with stress during his visit and even accepted a treat! She is a total dog whisperer and an absolute gem. I’ll be asking for Charlotte each time thanks so much ❤️

I can’t recommend Pets 1st Vets highly enough! The reception staff are extremely nice, friendly and always so welcoming. My puppy had two procedures done there, and the care we received was truly exceptional from start to finish. The team was professional, compassionate and made us feel completely at ease throughout. The support and advice given for aftercare has been amazing and made such a difference during recovery. It’s clear they genuinely care about their patients and their owners. i am well overdue writing this review - we took our girl (Staffy Cross) for her Spay roughly 3 years ago to the branch in Sunningdale unfortunately due to her anatomy there were a few complications and she had to be taken to Runnymede via pet ambulance. Long story short the staff and vets worked their butts off and quickly resolved the issue. what really stood out for us was the fact they covered the transport and the over night stay with them which shows me they are true to their name PETS 1ST - every check up I have had since with them my girl gets mega excited to enter the building and see everyone. given the trauma she went through this is proof that they treated her as one of their own. Thankyou for everything you've done and still do
