What pet owners say
My cat (Piper) had a problem with her foot, nasty infection after a bite of some description. Reception staff all absolutely lovely, after a few visits, biopsies, antibiotics all fixed. Jo (The vet) really nice, explained everything in detail, kept a close eye on Piper and made sure everything was being done to get her better. Would recommend 100% wonderful service. (Piper wasn't a fan of the cone.....)

Absolutely amazing. They are one of the few ones that allows online registration which is awesome for us introverts who don't like phone calls. Also located close to a lot of parking options so you don't have to walk for long if your fur child is really unwell. We went for our first appointment which is free, where they do a quick check through when you register your pet. Our 2 were checked out by Robyn and she was absolutely lovely to us and the pets. Lot of information about how to look after them but also things to look out for with older dogs. She had awesome knowledge about all the things that we had questions. Highly recommended.

Came to Rowe just before Easter with a very sick dog. Charles arranged for MRI and blood tests the next day at their hospital. The staff at the hospital were brilliant and Charlie had two days of treatments, and follow up medication. We are still on steroids and being checked 4 weekly. Charles is an amazing helpful and supportive vet. We have landed on our Paws 🐾

A big Thank you to Moira she was amazing when we lost our dog patsy and just 5 weeks later cared for her daughter snow . So caring , lovely demeanour and really battling to find out what’s wrong with our dog snow . After hour call late in the evening to keep us updated totally amazing vet and thank you to her and the team at Thornbury Gardiner Family . Snow home and appears a lot better . We didn’t think she would come home but she has tonight x
