Had to go in the early hours with my very poorly pug. From the off, the staff were kind and respectful explaining everything thoroughly and professionally, talking through options and answering questions fully and clearly. Inside the surgery room, again, the staff were very kind and did everything they possibly could for Peggy sue. I decided to have her put to sleep and the staff even gave me some paw prints and fur clippings. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this practice

I’ve had the pleasure of using Rowe veterinary services for a very long time. The kindness & the dedication of the staff that work here are impeccable, last week I had to say goodbye to my beautiful Chloe - Lucky. My father & myself were looked after in our time of loss. Amazing staff and walked us thru the whole process of when our dog developed an ulcer in her eye. Explained the pre-op and post-op care and have been overall great to work with. Highly recommend!

We were recently referred to the out of hours surgery from our Vets Ted was a very poorly boy. The vet was very honest and upfront. Bloods were taken and results back in less than 20 mins. Unfortunately it was not good news. We were given advice and plenty of time. The final moments were so peaceful thank you to all who were involved. Particularly the vet. Many thanks Helen
