The kindness & the dedication of the staff that work here are impeccable, last week I had to say goodbye to my beautiful Chloe - Lucky. My father & myself were looked after in our time of loss. Such lovely people from start to finish. Greeted happily and politely by reception staff, nurses going by smiled and said hello to our dog. The vet Joe, spent a great deal of time, listening to us, examining our dog and explaining his findings and thoughts in an easy to understand manner. We were very satisfied with the whole first visit to Rowe.

We took our cat in for a middle of the night emergency appointment in a bit of a panic and Sasha and Amanda were so kind and helpful in getting her seen and assessed. Thank you for looking after Puddy so well and easing our worries.
