The practice seems to have improved, less talking,, amongst the staff ,more working, and attentive to listening. My last two visits ,very good. Vet 10/10 No messing around ,straight in with minimal medications, dog likes him , job done.

Had to go in the early hours with my very poorly pug. From the off, the staff were kind and respectful explaining everything thoroughly and professionally, talking through options and answering questions fully and clearly. Inside the surgery room, again, the staff were very kind and did everything they possibly could for Peggy sue. I decided to have her put to sleep and the staff even gave me some paw prints and fur clippings. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this practice

Have had the pleasure of Rowe Bradley Stoke vets looking after Cilla's eyes. Their specialists informed us of a procedure that could prevent serious eye conditions and we took her in for surgery today. I'm always very anxious when general anaesthetic is mentioned but the team were fantastic. Tim was flawless in how he handled Cilla and I. It really felt like she was being looked after by family - after meeting and shaking hands with Tim before the procedure, I was certain everything was going to be okay. The referral reception team and RVNs should also be commended - they were extremely supportive and explained exactly how our insurance would be processed. Thank you for looking after what's most precious to me - you made it a much easier day.

Extremely helpful and friendly staff. A very welcoming reception. They took time to answer my questions and helped me. I felt listened to. The vet took plenty of time to examine Digby. I felt reassured he was in the best hands.
