Super friendly staff, special mention for Deborah who has been absolutely exceptional with service to me and my partner, we have two cats now with rosehill and Deborah is always excited to see them and really makes an effort to go out her away and beyond with our kitties. We have dealt with multiple vets at the clinic who have all been professional and friendly. Our dog is not a big fan of the vets yet they always deal with our visits with understanding and professionalism to ensure his needs are met. The assistants and reception staff are also a credit to the practice.

I have always found it welcoming on arrival. They have listened advised and checked up on treatment is working. It helps having the Pet Care Plan in place. Also they sorted out my insurance claim with Animal Friends which made things really smooth with the process. Thank you.

Fantastic, I woke up thinking I was going to have my boy put to sleep and couldent stop crying.But NO he is still with me for how much longer I dont know but fingers crossed. The vet and nurse that came to me were fantastic, so careing. Thank you so much Andy and Chloe. Also my daughter would like to thank the lady at reception as she was so helpful and caring too.

My dog was admitted as an emergency case and due to previously losing my last dog suddenly a few years, I was in a highly anxious state. The team were able to see my dog immediately upon calling and were very supportive, reassuring and kind. They looked after me as well as my dog. Treatment was swift, fully informed and it was heart warming to see how much they cared for my dog. Thank you everyone for helping me through what was a scary day for me!
