Brilliant experience as a first time client, they managed to squeeze my chicken in to be seen the same day. Registering took 2 mins and the Vet we saw was brilliant. He was so gentle with her, very thorough and explained everything so clearly. He also explained what to look out for and preventative measures we could implement to lessen the chance of issues in future, left feeling completely reassured. Easily made an appointment online for my dog Kyra. She needed to be seen that day, and got an slot for that morning. The vet we saw was lovely, very thorough and gave us plenty of time. Provided us with the necessary meds and gave me clear advice on how to administer them.

Our daughter was caring for our border terrier whilst we were on holiday. He was unwell and she contacted R&P vet practice for help. They arranged an appointment quickly and examined George thoroughly. Diagnosed and treated the vet gave clear information and advice to our daughter along with gentle reassurance. We were all very happy with their timely, professional and courteous support.

"I cannot thank the team at Robson & Prescott enough for the care they showed my Boxer, Reggie. Reggie was due for a small procedure, but because he was quite anxious and had been given a sedative beforehand, we were unable to get him out of the car. Instead of it being a problem, the nurse was absolutely brilliant. She came right out to the car and carried out the procedure in the boot! She was so patient and attentive to his needs, making a stressful situation much easier for both Reggie and me. Exceptional service from a team that truly cares about animal welfare."

Thank you Amazing Doctor Mr Tiger! Thank you all staff. My doctor did the best they could and was incredibly fast. They supported me throughout. In a very short time, an X-ray was taken, a cast was applied, and medication was given. We are currently in the treatment process, and my little bird is getting better. The pricing was absolutely reasonable. An appointment? They are working incredibly hard—I applaud the entire team.
