Easily made an appointment online for my dog Kyra. She needed to be seen that day, and got an slot for that morning. The vet we saw was lovely, very thorough and gave us plenty of time. Provided us with the necessary meds and gave me clear advice on how to administer them.

Our dogs have been going here for over 35 years. I can't fault the service or the treatment recieved. The staff at the various locations have always been lovely caring, compassionate and professional. They take time to explain things using words I understand and if I have been blinded by medical or scientific terms, they go over things as many times as it takes for me to grasp it. Like all vetinary costs, things can quickly add up, Still, I can't be the only one who has animals that are looked after better than themselves.

Our daughter was caring for our border terrier whilst we were on holiday. He was unwell and she contacted R&P vet practice for help. They arranged an appointment quickly and examined George thoroughly. Diagnosed and treated the vet gave clear information and advice to our daughter along with gentle reassurance. We were all very happy with their timely, professional and courteous support.

"I cannot thank the team at Robson & Prescott enough for the care they showed my Boxer, Reggie. Reggie was due for a small procedure, but because he was quite anxious and had been given a sedative beforehand, we were unable to get him out of the car. Instead of it being a problem, the nurse was absolutely brilliant. She came right out to the car and carried out the procedure in the boot! She was so patient and attentive to his needs, making a stressful situation much easier for both Reggie and me. Exceptional service from a team that truly cares about animal welfare."
