Thoughtful and caring, they helped me say goodbye to my cat Charlie, who had started fitting at home. I rushed her to the Morpeth branch, but it was too late she had already passed. They sent me a beautiful sympathy card with her paw print, which I will always treasure.

I have used Robson & Prescott for years. They have been so good with all of my pets, no matter the issue. In particular, I would highly recommend visiting for any necessary dental work on pets, no matter how complex the work is. Jo and the team keep you so well informed throughout the entire process from start to finish. Reception staff at both Whorral Bank and West Moor are amazing too.

Best vets we’ve been too in the North East. Kind, caring and compassionate team who really do care for animals and their people. Have helped us so much with our furries. Beautiful building and grounds, free parking and lots of spaces in a lovely quiet area surrounded by nature (Morpeth). Highly recommend for all animals & tropicals, Brilliant caring service and all staff are highly trained and very knowledgeable specialists who will do their absolute best for your furries & tropicals.
