Welcomed to local surgery by vet nurse Clare who was very pleasant, helpful and informative. Seen immediately by vet Kit who was warm, kind and extremely helpful, taking time with my exuberant terrier to ensure he received his annual check up and vaccinations. Kit also provided invaluable guidance and reassurance regarding a minor problem my dog was having . Full marks.

Very accommodating. Allowed us to bring our out door cat in at any time for her early injection. When she came into the house we were able to get her in her carrier, rang the surgery and they told us to take her straight over. We only sat 10mins and our cat was seen to. We would highly recommend this surgery.

I dropped off my cat at a cattery not realising I had to provide food. Visited R and P, Bedlington where the lady on the desk was extremely helpful, Helping me find a place where I could get the right specialised cat food, saving me a journey home, which was quite far away.. Thank you again 🙂
