Excellent service. We are on holiday in the area when our dog needed additional medication for her allergies. When i called, the receptionist was super friendly and made us an appointment for a consultation. The appointment with the lady vet was very thorough she was so lovely with our girl and prescribed her ear drops, but gave us lots of additional advice about her allergies and suggestions to manage her symptoms. Notes to be forwarded to our vet so we can discuss the additional advice. Thank you so much if we lived nearer we would be changing vets!!

We took Trixie for her first vaccine today! The staff were so friendly and we're so lovely. I highly recommend Robson & Prescott. We will be returning for our kitten's second vaccine and looking forward to seeing everyone again soon 😀

When you arrive at the surgery you always get a very warm welcome from Paula. The vet we saw called tiger listened to my concerns and set out a plan to resolve to issue with my pet. As with all vets not cheap but Paula is always on the case with your pet insurance. Thank you Robson & Prescott

Brilliant vets with lovely friendly staff. The receptionist, Paula, is so friendly and makes a fuss of any animals we go in with. Our pets love Libby and she’s so calm with our pup and hedgehog. Definitely wouldn’t go anywhere else. Their service is so good and you can see that they genuinely love animals
