As a Robson & Prescott customer of about 15 years we are always reassured when we call for our two labradors when they require treatment. The staff are very professional and offer their support in a calm and confident way. We have friends who use other vets and are sometimes met with a different approach but we can only recommend R&P highly from years of first hand experience. Couldn’t as for better.

Excellent service. We are on holiday in the area when our dog needed additional medication for her allergies. When i called, the receptionist was super friendly and made us an appointment for a consultation. The appointment with the lady vet was very thorough she was so lovely with our girl and prescribed her ear drops, but gave us lots of additional advice about her allergies and suggestions to manage her symptoms. Notes to be forwarded to our vet so we can discuss the additional advice. Thank you so much if we lived nearer we would be changing vets!!

Cat is an extremely professional vet. She has her patients at ease within minutes of the consultation....... Bonny our lovely girly cat was seen by Cat yesterday. She's a very nervous pussycat who was treated with kindness and patience ✨️ ☺️ 🐾 🐾 Thank you Cat

We took Trixie for her first vaccine today! The staff were so friendly and we're so lovely. I highly recommend Robson & Prescott. We will be returning for our kitten's second vaccine and looking forward to seeing everyone again soon 😀
