Used this Vet's practice for a few years now and no problems. Staff friendly and helpful and the Vet's give good advice. You can order repeat medicines over the phone, also if you are part of the pet plan you will get reminders on your mobile for check ups and when flea treatment etc is due. Highly recommend.

The most compassionate, caring, professional, friendly and welcoming vets I have ever been to in my entire life. The complete opposite to the chain vets, a whole different experience. From the reception staff, to the nurses to the vets and too the practice manager. Real animal lovers and real understanding people.
