I have been taking my cats to this vets for years and they have always provided the highest quality service and care. Great reception staff and veterinary team. When we moved house, I changed vets to somewhere else (nearer to where we’d moved) but after one visit to them I decided to re-register with Purton vets despite it being further to travel because I felt the level of care and professionalism there was much better.

Just joined with my new fur baby. What a fantastic experience for both me and my puppy. Nothing was too much trouble and all my questions (most of them probably stupid) were answered to my satisfaction. Great practice, great team on reception who greeted us like we had been clients forever, lovely and attentive lady vet. All in all super happy and will definitely be using them for a long time to come.

Had a minor emergency with my cat’s back foot. Got seen immediately and had a lovely consulting vet called Ivan. Really thorough and kind, made me and my cat feel a lot better :)

Very kind caring vets, they have always been helpful, honest and empathetic. Our dog was recently put to sleep and one of the nurses made prints from his paws without us knowing which was a lovely touch. They go above and beyond and I have always had the best service from the receptionist through to the vet. Thank you to you all
