What pet owners say
We are currently visiting Barmston beach for a weeks holiday. We had enjoyed a lovely early morning sunrise walk on the beach. When we were heading back to the caravan, my 1 year old cockapoo suddenly started crying and seemed to be in a lot of pain with his left ear. He was shaking and his tail was under. I immediately googled 'vets close to me'. There were quite a few to choose from but priory being the second choice and opening at 8.30. We tried numerous others but all were unable to see him. I called the emergency out of hours line for priory and spoke with a lovely lady on the phone who registered Rocco over the phone and made an appointment at 10.30 that morning. They contacted my own vets back home to obtain Rocco's notes. The vet explained everything and all the cost explaining the possible options. It turns out Rocco had a grass seed stuck in his ear and they were able to remove it under sedation. We went back to collect Rocco at 5.30 that night and he was pain free. Such a releif. The reception staff and the vet were all so friendly. Thankyou. Highly recommend.

I would recommend anyone living in or near Bridlington to visit Priory as they really are the best vet group I have ever been to. Having both cats and dogs, I have regular vet visits and every time I've been I can't thank the staff enough for their kindness and understanding of any issues I have. They are so helpful and it's a refreshing change to find a vet practice that's not all about the money and pushing more products and services that aren't necessary. They are amazing at times of distress after losing a loved one, as for many of us, they are not pets but family members and our children. I will always use this practice and can't think them enough for all their care and support.

Had to bring my cat in last night and the receptionist who was there was so lovely and kept chatting to my cat and me. She was so polite and helpful.When I saw the vet(Cheryl) she listened to what I had to say and knew I was worried. She did a very thorough check on him and was very reassuring and explained everything to me. Really caring and professional staff.Very happy owner and cat too.

Second time I used this vet practice during my summer holiday. The staff are so friendly and the vetinary surgeon was excellent. Thoroughly checked over my dog and provided treatment and great advice. Highly recommend Priory Vets in Bridlington.

Explained concisely what they are going to do with the lump on my labradors leg. Update... the cancerous lump has amazingly gone down and her immediate prognosis is far better than we had hoped. John is a wonderful,caring vet with a great doggie bedside manner. I would not trust willow wirh anyone else. Surgery is small but spotless and all staff are cheerful and kind.highly recommended
