Such a lovely veterinary, I went as new customer and the staff are really lovely and cared about my cat who needed help! Genuinely can't fault anyone in here! They went above and beyond for me and my little kitten frankie, who had to have his leg amputated on christmas eve! I can't recommend them enough, everyone in the practice has made me feel comfortable in this awful situation and guided me and frank though this hard time 🙂 big shout out to the young receptionist (sorry I don't know your name) and the vets Katie and Alex! Been with Portchester Vets since Bonnie was 8 weeks old. She is now 6 years and loves visiting the Vet. Very welcoming and ca environment. Treated as special and no cause to be afraid. Vets and nurses are confident at their work and very good with customers. Never any cause for concern. Online communication with upcoming dates is excellent. Very professional, exemplary care.

Brilliant vets, i have problems with my older cat. She HATES the vets and turns from a passive cat to a tasmanian devil! They sorted her completely! Phew!! My new kitten Alice, my little pocket rocket is actually totally fine going to the vets. Easy! All made good by a very good and homely vets! Thank you. X
