Easy booking at short notice. Relaxed calm atmosphere (which helped with puppy’s first visit to the vet’s) and all the staff were very friendly. Seen straightaway with the health check & vaccination completed in minutes. Plus, free local parking. Will use this branch again.

Very friendly Receptionist on entering the practice. The service we have received from the Vet is extremely good. So much better to have continuity in treatment. The whole experience is very reassuring. Can definitely recommend this practice.

Pool House was recommended to me by a groomer. My dog, Lucy is the second dog I have brought here. The staff are friendly and the atmosphere is all about the pets. I can't say it is the favourite destination for Lucy, but at least she's quite happy to go in! I've found that animals are treated kindly and with warmth.

We wanted to give a shout out to Delphina, who looked after our boy with a torn dew claw. Our dog is very fearful of the vets and she was so patient and understanding with our little one, and managed to remove the claw safely and it has healed really well.
