Brilliant vets, receptionists are polite, caring and very helpful. I cant fault them at all. I have had 3 dogs under them. They have saved one of my dogs lives twice. They were so compassionate when we had to say goodbye to another dog, didn't rush us at all even when we fetched her ashes. I would not go to any other vet.

I needed an urgent appointment yesterday as my groomer had found a tick on one of my dogs - something I've never had in 20 years of owning dogs. I phoned Pool House in Armitage, my vets for over 20 years, and they fitted me in half an hour later! Absolutely delighted to have received such excellent service.

Absolutely amazing group of people. Everyone from the vets, to the nurses and the reception staff are so lovely and you can tell everyone loves what they do! They treat my dogs with such kindness and gentleness, even though my little terrier can be a typical cheeky chappy. Both of my dogs are quite nervous being rescues, and they always take their name with them and build trust with them. The vets will always keep me updated in their care, talking through blood results in a way I understand. Thank you for looking after my boys Socks and Noah
