I have been a member of pool house a number of years now, I have a rabbit, cats, and now a puppy. With every pet I have taken, I have received an extremely warm welcome and exceptional service. Staff have gone above and beyond in the past. From the receptionist nurses and vets every single member of the team I have encountered has been professional, knowledgeable, and given excellent service. I can't recommend pool house highly enough. Friendly and attentive both times we have been, gave good advice and treatment without leaving us with the feeling that they were in it for the money unlike some vets we've been to. Cooper liked her.
