Everyone at the practice is always welcoming and friendly. My dog is treated well by everyone - often greeted before I am which is lovely and reassuring for him. The Vets always take their time to explain what they are doing and why and willingly answer ant questions. The Vet Nurses are really good especially at sorting out Gibbs' awkward nails! Thank you

We were recommended Pool Farm by our breeder and trainer when Kesha was fresh out of the litter. We have never looked back. They are always there when you need them and can fix you up an appointment with your favourite vet straightaway. Everybody is welcoming. You can tell it's a family run business and the team appear to work together incredibly well. There is always a good atmosphere and relationships between themselves, clients and of course the pets are always professional and friendly. Highly recommend

Very friendly practice. Can usually get an appointment within a day or so .The vets are very thorough and take the time to explain everything thoroughly. I have been with them for 13 years and wouldn't go anywhere else.
