Nice welcome, always professional. Clean and tidy environment.Appointments to suit with an online booking service, as well as phone, which ever you find easiest. Our four legged friend loves the vet( maybe the bribes) also recently had to call out of hours emergency service, which was also excellent. Advice was given and no visit was needed, but cost of out of hours was discussed up front so no surprises, had we needed to attend the surgery. Many thanks to all at Pilgrims.

My very first appointment with Pilgrims, and a lovely vet gave me biccies then a tasty and de-stressing licky mat. I didn't even realise she'd given me my booster, or squirted anything up my nose for kennel cough, or checked my teeth over! It was all done so quickly and efficiently. Wag, wag!
